About Us:

KVertex is a full-service real estate and property solutions company, offering end-to-end services from development to design and management. We’re growing and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep the team organized, responsive, and on track.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and sales team
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Handle document preparation, filing, and office systems
  • Support client onboarding and internal reporting
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and property stakeholders
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good working English required
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus
