About Us:
KVertex is a full-service real estate and property solutions company, offering end-to-end services from development to design and management. We’re growing and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep the team organized, responsive, and on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the operations and sales team
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
- Handle document preparation, filing, and office systems
- Support client onboarding and internal reporting
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and property stakeholders
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good working English required
- Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus
