Born in Laos and raised in Australia after arriving as a refugee, Ken’s journey is one of resilience, determination, and entrepreneurial vision. With more than 30 years of executive leadership across FMCG, manufacturing, construction, and property development, he has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with integrity, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.
Today, Ken leads KVertex Properties Group with a clear vision: to become one of Indonesia’s most trusted international real estate investment advisory firms. By combining local expertise with institutional-quality due diligence and complete transparency, he connects global investors with carefully curated real estate opportunities across Bali and Indonesia, helping them invest with confidence.
