Ken Vilaysack
Born in Laos and raised in Australia as a refugee, Ken’s life is a story of resilience, gratitude, and reinvention. After three decades in FMCG and manufacturing, rising to General Manager of a leading food company, he followed his entrepreneurial calling into real estate and development. His projects gained national recognition, including a feature on Dream Homes Revealed and the successful delivery of a high-spec factory during the pandemic.
Today, Ken brings his experience and heart to Indonesia and Bali with a mission to redefine real estate. He believes in building with integrity, creating opportunities, and ensuring success is shared, not just earned. Guided by empathy and a commitment to community, his vision is to develop a real estate ecosystem that fosters transparency, innovation, and meaningful impact for the people of Bali. Nova began her career in administration and operations of a multinational company based in Jakarta before moving into real estate, where she now leads KVertex Properties Group as Managing Director Bali. Known for her integrity, organization, and client-focused approach, she is committed to building lasting relationships and creating opportunities for clients and her team.
Vincent Chen
Managing Director Hong Kong
Vincent is the Managing Director of Kvertex Properties Group Hong Kong Limited, leading growth and operations across Hong Kong and China. With 15 years as an International Airline Pilot and postgraduate training in finance, he brings strong discipline and analytical leadership to real estate, overseeing business development, investors, and strategic partnerships.
